To pioneer a new market for Japanese scallops that could not be consumed in China, we executed a large-scale promotion in Malaysia.

Tasting events were held at a total of 15 local restaurants and product exhibitions. We collected surveys directly from users who tasted them, detailing the "interest in Japanese food", "resistance to eating raw food", and "willingness to pay for Japanese food (price acceptability)" among Malaysia residents.

This realistic local data serves as an important strategic indicator for considering which countries future Japanese products should be exported to and expanded in.

A PR project for high-quality mandarin oranges harvested by Musashi Co., Ltd., with support from the Wakayama Prefectural Government. Sales and tasting events were held at four stores of the luxury supermarket "Cold Storage" in Singapore. We utilized three influencers to build a strong customer attraction funnel.
